Social Capital Advisory is operated by Social Capital Advisory Group Pty Ltd as trustee for the Social Capital Advisory Trust, ABN 46 399 682 733. SCA is a small business operator under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). While that remains so, the Australian Privacy Principles do not apply to SCA. This notice explains how it handles information.
Enquiries
The form asks for your name, organisation, email address and message. Use the message to explain the work you need. Please do not include information you would not want SCA or its service providers to hold.
Formspree, in the United States, processes the form, delivers it to SCA’s Microsoft 365 mailbox and keeps its own copy under its terms. SCA records enquiries in HubSpot, in the United States. You can also contact Chris directly by email or telephone.
Use and retention
SCA uses the information to answer your enquiry and, if work follows, to do the work. It does not sell your information or add you to a mailing list. Apart from the service providers described here, SCA does not share enquiry information unless required by law.
SCA keeps information while it is relevant to the enquiry or engagement and deletes it on request, subject to records it must keep for tax and legal purposes.
Website activity
The website is hosted by Hostinger. SCA does not add analytics or advertising tags to this website; the hosting and form providers are described in this notice. The enquiry form sends the information you enter to Formspree when you submit it.
